Welcome to Sylvadell. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us. This shop is operated by Elizabeth Crofts, trading as Sylvadell, 105 Broadway, York, YO10 4JY. Contact: hello@sylvadell.com.

Our products. We sell digital downloads (such as journals and reflective PDFs) and printed journals produced to order. We take care to describe and picture everything accurately, though slight variation in printed colour can occur.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

Digital products and your licence. When you buy a digital download, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce our files. All content, designs, words, and artwork remain the intellectual property of Sylvadell.

Delivery. Digital items are delivered by email/secure link shortly after purchase. Printed items are made to order and dispatched within the timeframe set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and returns. Your rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability. We provide our products with care, but to the extent permitted by law we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for anything that can't lawfully be excluded.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always appear here.
